TRAVEL AGENTS ORDINANCE - SECT 10

Application for travel agent's licence

(1) An application for a licence shall be made to the Registrar in the
prescribed form and manner, and shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee and
a statement in writing containing such particulars in respect of the
application as may be prescribed or as, in any particular case, the Registrar
may require.

(2) An application made under this section by a body corporate may be signed
by any person authorized in that behalf by such body corporate and the
Registrar may require such proof of that authorization as he considers
necessary.

(3) An application made under this section by a partnership shall be signed by
each partner.

(4) The Registrar shall, in such manner as may be prescribed, give notice of
every application made under this section.
