THE BASIC LAW OF THE HONG KONG SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE REGION OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA - ARTICLE 77
Article 77 Members of the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special
Administrative Region shall be immune from legal action in respect of their
statements at meetings of the Council.
