THE BASIC LAW OF THE HONG KONG SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE REGION OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA - ARTICLE 6
Article 6 The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall protect the right
