THE BASIC LAW OF THE HONG KONG SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE REGION OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA - ARTICLE 47
Article 47 The Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
must be a person of integrity, dedicated to his or her duties. The Chief
Executive, on assuming office, shall declare his or her assets to the Chief
Justice of the Court of Final Appeal of the Hong Kong Special Administrative
Region. This declaration shall be put on record.
