THEFT ORDINANCE - SECT 15
Abstracting of electricity
Any person who dishonestly uses without due authority, or dishonestly causes
to be wasted or diverted, any electricity shall be guilty of an offence and
shall be liable on conviction upon indictment to imprisonment for 5 years.
