This Ordinance may be cited as the Widows and Orphans Pension (Exemption) 
(Consolidation) Ordinance.



WIDOWS AND ORPHANS PENSION (EXEMPTION) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDINANCE - SECT 2
Exemption from obligation to contribute VerDate:30/06/1997



Notwithstanding the provisions of the Widows and Orphans Pension 
(Application) Regulations (Cap 94 sub. leg.), the term "officer" in the 
Widows and Orphans Pension Ordinance (Cap 94) shall not apply and shall be 
deemed never to have applied to the persons named in the First Schedule.

Refund of contributions VerDate:30/06/1997



All contributions made by the persons named in the Second Schedule under 
the Widows and Orphans Pension Ordinance (Cap 94) shall be refunded to 
them.
