INDEPENDENT COMMISSION AGAINST CORRUPTION ORDINANCE - SECT 18
Saving of certain common law privileges
Nothing in this Ordinance shall prejudice any claim to privilege which any
person may have at common law in relation to any communication, document or
other thing made or given to a solicitor or counsel. (Added 14 of 1976 s. 5)
