Annual report

Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 1 of 2003 s. 3

(1) The Commissioner shall, on or before 31 March in each year, or by such
later date as the Chief Executive may allow, submit to the Chief Executive a
report on the activities of the Commission in the previous year.

(2) The Chief Executive shall cause the report to be laid on the table of the
Legislative Council. (Amended 1 of 2003 s. 3)
