Audit

(1) The Director of Audit shall at any time be entitled to have access to all
accounts maintained under section 15(1) and he may require such information
and explanation thereon as he thinks fit.

(2) The Director of Audit shall audit the statement of accounts prepared under
section 15(2) and report thereon to the Chief Executive. (Amended 1 of 2003 s.
