Estimates

Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 1 of 2003 s. 3

(1) In each financial year, before a date appointed by the Chief Executive,
the Commissioner shall forward to the Chief Executive, for his approval,
estimates of the expenditure of the Commission for the next financial year.

(2) The estimates shall be in such form and contain such information as the
Chief Executive may require. (Amended 1 of 2003 s. 3)
