VOLUNTEER AND NAVAL VOLUNTEER PENSIONS ORDINANCE - SECT 7

Disablement pension

Where the degree of disablement of a qualified person is not less than 20%,
there shall, subject to section 9, be payable by way of pension a grant at
such rate set out in column 2 of Schedule 3 as is appropriate to his
degree of disablement and his rank. (Added 56 of 1997 s. 5)
