VOLUNTEER AND NAVAL VOLUNTEER PENSIONS ORDINANCE - SECT 11

Exceptionally severe disablement allowance

Where-

   (a)  a qualified person is entitled under this Ordinance to the payment of
        a grant payable by way of constant attendance allowance under
        section 10 in connection with a disablement; and

   (b)  the disablement is, in the opinion of the Board, likely to permanently
        remain, there shall, apart from any other grant payable under this
        Part, be payable by way of exceptionally severe disablement allowance
        a grant at such rate not exceeding that set out in column 2 of
        Schedule 5 in respect of such allowance as may from time to time be
        determined by the Board having regard to all the circumstances of the
