MARRIAGE ORDINANCE - SECT 10

Notice of intended marriage void unless marriage within 3 months

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

If the marriage does not take place within 3 months after the giving of the
notice of intended marriage, the notice and all proceedings thereupon shall be
void, and another notice of intended marriage will be required before the
parties can contract a marriage. (Amended 23 of 2005 s. 39)
