MATRIMONIAL CAUSES ORDINANCE - SECT 11C

Interpretation (Part III)

(1) For the purposes of this Part, a husband and wife shall be treated as
living apart unless they are living with each other in the same household.

(2) For, and only for, the purposes of Part II, the domicile of a married
woman as at any time after the coming into operation of the Matrimonial Causes
(Amendment) Ordinance 1995 (29 of 1995) shall, instead of being the same as
her husband's by virtue only of marriage, be ascertained by reference to the
same factors as in the case of any other individual capable of having an
