MARRIAGE REFORM ORDINANCE - SECT 24

Power to make regulations

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 34 of 1999 s. 3 The Chief
Executive may make regulations for the better carrying out of the purposes and
provisions of this Ordinance and in particular may make regulations- (Amended
34 of 1999 s. 3)

   (a)  as to all matters of procedure under this Ordinance; and

   (b)  prescribing the forms to be used under this Ordinance.
