BIRTHS AND DEATHS REGISTRATION ORDINANCE - SECT 12C

Re-registration after parental order in favour of gamete donors

Where the Registrar receives notification issued pursuant to section 12 of the
Parent and Child Ordinance ( Cap 429) of an order under that section providing
for a child to be treated in law as the child of the parties to a marriage, in
respect of a child whose birth has previously been registered, he shall
authorize the re-registration of that child's birth. (Added 17 of 1993 s. 19)
