BIRTHS AND DEATHS REGISTRATION ORDINANCE - SECT 11

Signed register forms or certified copies of signed register forms to be sent to general register office

(1) The registrar at every district registry office shall cause to be sent to
the general register office, at such times as may be directed by the
Registrar, signed register forms completed in his presence.

(2) The district registrar of deaths under section 3(2) shall, in addition to
the requirement in subsection (1), cause to be sent to the general register
office, once in each month or as directed by the Registrar, certified copies
of signed register forms completed in his presence. (Added 80 of 1997 s. 55)
