BIRTHS AND DEATHS REGISTRATION ORDINANCE - SECT 10

Duty of registrar to procure registration of births

Notwithstanding the omission to report or furnish information as to any birth
within 42 days it shall be the duty of every registrar to procure by all means
in his power the best and most accurate information respecting any birth which
may have occurred within his district and to cause the same to be registered
as prescribed by section 9. (Amended 1 of 1965 s. 5)
