LANDS TRIBUNAL ORDINANCE - SECT 6

Acting appointments of President

(1) If the President is precluded by illness, absence from Hong Kong or any
other cause from exercising his functions as the president of the Tribunal,
the Chief Justice may appoint any presiding officer to act as the president of
the Tribunal for such period as the Chief Justice may specify. (Amended 49 of
1982 s. 6)
