LANDS TRIBUNAL ORDINANCE - SECT 14

Saving in respect of other Ordinance

(1) In exercising its jurisdiction under this Ordinance, the Tribunal shall
make its determination in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance
under which the matter is submitted to it for determination and in accordance
with the provisions of any subsidiary legislation made thereunder. (Amended 49
of 1982 s. 15)
