Notice of change of address

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) Any person for the time being under an obligation to make payments,
including costs, under an order under this Ordinance shall within 14 days of
any change of his address give notice of his new address to any person whose
name is specified in the order by sending it by registered post to the last
known address of that person or to such address as may be notified to him by
that person for the purposes of this section.

(2) A person who, without reasonable excuse, contravenes subsection

(1) commits an offence and is liable to a fine at level 2. (Replaced 69 of
