BANKING ORDINANCE - SECT 26

Opportunity of being heard

The Monetary Authority shall, before exercising his powers under section  25 ,
inform the authorized institution concerned of the ground or grounds therefor
and give it an opportunity, within such period as the Monetary  Authority may
specify in writing, being a period reasonable in all the circumstances, of
