GENERAL HOLIDAYS ORDINANCE - SECT 7

Magistrates may act on general holidays

Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 54 of 2000 s. 3 Permanent
magistrates, and special magistrates may exercise all the jurisdiction and
powers conferred on them by any enactment in force in Hong Kong on any day,
whether a general holiday or not. (Added 43 of 1955 s. 2. Amended 13 of 1995
