MENTAL HEALTH ORDINANCE - SECT 59F
General provisions concerning tribunal application
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
(1) No application shall be made to the tribunal except in such cases and at
such times as are expressly provided by this Ordinance.
(2) An application to the tribunal authorized to be made under this Ordinance
shall be made by notice in writing addressed to the tribunal. (Part IVA added
46 of 1988 s. 23. Amended 81 of 1997 s. 49)
