MENTAL HEALTH ORDINANCE - SECT 44H
Optional requirements as to residence
A supervision and treatment order may include requirements as to the residence
of a supervised person and, where the supervised person is required to reside
in an institution, the period for which he is so required to reside shall be
specified in the order. (Part IIIB added 38 of 1996 s. 2)
