MENTAL HEALTH ORDINANCE - SECT 26

Order for detention of mentally disordered person

When upon any inquiry under this Part any person has been found by the Court
to be mentally disordered and incapable, by reason of mental  disorder, of
managing and administering his property and affairs, the Court may make an
order for such person to be received into a mental  hospital and send him in
suitable custody, together with the order for his reception, to the
mental hospital named in such order. (Replaced 81 of 1997 s. 18)
