Designation of Authorities

(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Authority for the purposes of each section
of this Ordinance specified in the first column of the Third Schedule is the
public officer specified opposite to it in the second column of that Schedule.
(Replaced 78 of 1999 s. 7)

(2) The Chief Executive in Council may by order designate any public officer
to be the Authority for the purposes of any of the sections of this Ordinance
in substitution for the public officer specified in the Third Schedule as the
Authority for the purposes of that section. (Amended 78 of 1999 s. 7)

(3) The Chief Executive in Council may by order amend, add to or delete from
the Third Schedule. (Amended 59 of 2000 s. 3)
