TOWN PLANNING ORDINANCE - SECT 11
Deposit of copies of approved plan
A copy of the approved plan, certified by the Chairman of the Board shall be
deposited in the Land Registry and shall be available for inspection without
payment of any fee. The Land Registrar shall cause to be posted and
prominently displayed in the Land Registry notices in English and Chinese
directing attention thereto. (Amended 26 of 1956 s. 3; 8 of 1993 ss. 2 & 3)
