GUARDIANSHIP OF MINORS ORDINANCE - SECT 25
Saving for powers of Court of First Instance
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
Amendments retroactively made - see 25 of 1998 s. 2 Nothing in this Ordinance
shall restrict or affect the jurisdiction of the Court of First Instance to
appoint or remove guardians or otherwise in respect of minors. (Amended 25 of
1998 s. 2) [cf. 1971 c. 3. s. 17(1) U.K.]
