GUARDIANSHIP OF MINORS ORDINANCE - SECT 24

Removal to Court of First Instance

Amendments retroactively made - see 25 of 1998 s. 2 Where any application has
been made under this Ordinance to the District Court, the Court of First
Instance shall, at the instance of any party to the application, order the
application to be removed to the Court of First Instance and there proceeded
with on such terms as to costs as it thinks proper. (Amended 25 of 1998 s. 2)
