DAO HENG BANK LIMITED (MERGER) ORDINANCE - SECT 17
Saving for enactments concerning banking institutions
Nothing in this Ordinance shall exempt Dao Heng Bank or a transferring bank
or any subsidiary of Dao Heng Bank or a transferring bank from the provisions
of any enactment regulating the carrying on of the business of any of them.
