HONG KONG SHENG KUNG HUI ORDINANCE - SECT 4

Incorporation

(1) The Province shall be a body corporate under the corporate name of the
Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui (香港聖公會).

(2) The Province-

   (a)  has perpetual succession under its corporate name;

   (b)  has and may use a seal; and

   (c)  is capable of suing and being sued in its corporate name. (Enacted
        1995)
