ABBOT OF THE ORDER OF CISTERCIANS OF THE STRICT OBSERVANCE INCORPORATION ORDINANCE - SECT 5

Succession

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

The legal estate in any property whatsoever transferred to the corporation in
any manner whatsoever shall, in the event of the death of the Abbot for the
time being in Hong Kong of the Order of Cistercians of the Strict Observance
or in the event of his ceasing to hold office as such Abbot, pass to his
successor in such office when appointed. (Amended 1 of 2001 s. 5)
