THE PRINCE PHILIP DENTAL HOSPITAL ORDINANCE - SECT 10
Committees
(1) The Board may appoint committees for the better discharge of its functions
under this Ordinance.
(2) A committee appointed under this section may include persons who are not
members of the Board: Provided that at least two-thirds of the members of
every committee shall be members of the Board.
(3) Subject to the directions of the Board, each committee may determine its
own procedure at its meetings.
