ST. STEPHEN'S COLLEGE COUNCIL INCORPORATION ORDINANCE - SECT 6D

Change of name does not affect identity

For the avoidance of doubt, the identity of the body corporate incorporated
under section 2 shall not be affected by the commencement of the St. Stephen's
College Incorporation (Change of Name of the Council of St. Stephen's College
and General Amendments) Ordinance 2006 (7 of 2006). (Added 7 of 2006 s. 11)
