THE HELENA MAY INCORPORATION ORDINANCE - SECT 2

Interpretation

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 41 of 1999 s. 3 In this
Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires-

"constitution" (章程) means the constitution of The Helena May as set forth
in the Schedule and any amendment or variation thereof approved by the Chief
Executive which may be made thereunder; (Amended 41 of 1999 s. 3) [
cf. Cap 1054]

"council" (理事會) means the council for the time being of The Helena May
appointed in accordance with the constitution. (Amended 78 of 1974 s. 4)
