Unpaid charges

Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 57 of 1999 s. 3

(1) A charge which is not paid shall be a debt due to the Government. (Amended
57 of 1999 s. 3)

(2) Where a charge is not paid on or before the date specified in a notice of
demand, a surcharge on the unpaid charge may be levied in accordance with
regulations made under this Ordinance.
