BISHOP OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH IN HONG KONG INCORPORATION ORDINANCE - SECT 2

Incorporation

The Bishop of the Roman Catholic Church in Hong Kong, and his successors in
the office of Bishop of the Roman Catholic Church in Hong Kong, shall
be a corporation sole, hereinafter called "the corporation", and shall have
the name "The Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong (天主教香港教區)", and in
that name shall have perpetual succession, shall be capable of suing and being
sued, and shall have a common seal. (Replaced 40 of 1975 s. 2. Amended 88 of
