PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION ORDINANCE - SECT 71
Power to postpone distribution
Subject to the provisions of this Ordinance, a personal representative is not
bound to distribute the estate of the deceased before the expiration of one
year from the death. [cf. 1925 c. 23 s. 44 U.K.]
