INTERPRETATION AND GENERAL CLAUSES ORDINANCE - SECT 7
Provisions for gender and number
(1) Words and expressions importing the masculine gender include the feminine
and neuter genders. (Amended 89 of 1993 s. 4)
(2) Words and expressions in the singular include the plural and words and
expressions in the plural include the singular.
