INTERPRETATION AND GENERAL CLAUSES ORDINANCE - SECT 15

Reference to Ordinance as amended

(1) Where in any Ordinance a reference is made to another Ordinance, such
reference shall be deemed to include a reference to such last mentioned
Ordinance as the same may from time to time be amended.

(2) Where any Ordinance repeals and re-enacts, with or without modification,
any provision of a former Ordinance, references in any other Ordinance to the
provision so repealed shall be construed as references to the provision so
re-enacted.
