婚姻條例 - SECT 2

在 本條例中， 除文意另有所指外─

 “上訴委員會”(Appeal Board) 指根據第5J條設立的 婚姻監禮人委任事宜上訴委員會；

 “局長”(Secretary) 指保安局局長； (由2005年第23號第3條增補)

 “訂明費用”(prescribed fee)
就本條例所訂定的 任何事項而言， 指就該事項而在 附表2指明的 費用； (由2005年第23號第3條增補)

 “特別許可證”(special
licence) 指根據第11(1)條批給的 特別許可證； (由2005年第23號第30條增補)

 “特許禮拜場所”(licensed place of worship)
指根據第4條特許的 場所； (由2005年第23號第30條增補)

 “婚姻監禮人”(civil celebrant) 指根據第5A條委任的 而其委任在
當其時屬有效的 婚姻監禮人； (由2005年第23號第3條增補)

 “登記官”(Registrar) 指根據第3條委任的
婚姻登記官及包括任何副婚姻登記官； (由2005年第23號第30條修訂)

 “登記官證明書”(certificate of the Registrar)
指婚姻登記官根據第9(1)條發給的 證明書； (由2005年第23號第 30條增補)

 “結婚證書”(certificate of marriage)
指採用附表1內表格4、 表格6或 表格7(視何者適用而定)的 結婚證書； (由2005年第 23號第30條增補)

 “預定結婚日期”(proposed
date of marriage) 指擬締結婚姻的 日期； (由2005年第23號第3條增補)

 “數碼影像”(digital image) 就一份文件而言， 指儲存在
電腦系統或 電子媒介內的 該文件的 影像； (由2006年第8號第41條增補)

 “實務守則”(code of practice) 指根據第5C(1)條發出的
實務守則； (由2005年第23號第3條增補)

 “擬結婚通知書”(notice of intended marriage) 指根據第6(1)條發出的 通知書。
